Once you pick your ideal floor plan, you can choose between our Standard and Premium apartments. Premium apartments may cost slightly more, but they will definitely elevate your UARK lifestyle.
Standard | Select the Standard option, and your new home will feature 9 ceilings and hardwood-style flooring, a modern furniture package, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our classic finish package—comfortable, budget-friendly, and move-in ready.
Premium (Renovated) | Select the Premium option, and your new home will feature fresh, modern upgrades for an elevated look and feel (updated cabinetry/counters, new hard-surface flooring, refreshed lighting & fixtures, modern paint palette).
