At Hill Place, we know how important it is to find the perfect place to call home during your college years. Whether you want to choose your roommates or match with new friends, we've got something for you! Take a look at our spacious floor plan options and choose whether you want a 1-, 2-, or 4-bedroom apartment. Once you pick your ideal floor plan, you can choose between our Standard and Premium apartments. Premium apartments may cost slightly more, but they will definitely elevate your UARK lifestyle.

Standard | Select the Standard option, and your new home will feature 9 ceilings and hardwood-style flooring, a modern furniture package, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our classic finish package—comfortable, budget-friendly, and move-in ready.

​Premium (Renovated) | Select the Premium option, and your new home will feature fresh, modern upgrades for an elevated look and feel (updated cabinetry/counters, new hard-surface flooring, refreshed lighting & fixtures, modern paint palette). 

Included in all floor plans | Front-door keyless entry and fully furnished interiors for convenience and comfort.

For floorplan-specific selections, all roomies will need to make the same selection. For room-specific selections, our office team will work with you before signing your lease contract to ensure that each person is placed in their desired room preference.
